These bracelet are measured like rings. The measurement that you choose will be the inside diameter of the bracelet. The easiest way to measure this is by laying a ruler across your wrist to give you the size that you need measuring from side to side. Also to check your measurement you can use a cloth tape measure or a string to measure your wrist and then divide that measurement by 3.14 and that will give you the diameter if your wrist where a perfect circle. Because the shape of your wrist is not an absolute perfect circle this is just used as a way to check your measurements.

We only use G23TI Surgical Titanium or 6AI-4VEli Implantable Titanium. Both of these grades have been successfully used worldwide for heart valves pacemakers and implants. Circular Barbells are a great design for people who frequently remove or change their jewelry. 16 gauge and larger circular barbells are all Internally Threaded and can be worn with virtually any piercing. Circular Barbells are measured using the inside diameter. They are available in a wide variety of colors with either Matching Colored Balls or balls in a different color if requested. This is true with the exception of the 0 Gauge 00 Gauge 7/16 and 1/2 gauge. These are only available with Surgical Steel Balls only. Also on All Gauges Rainbow is only available with Surgical Steel Balls. *18 gauge is externally threaded all others are all Internally Threaded.
