Choose from a bent nostril screw with a 5/16&quot stem, a 5/16&quot long nose bone, a 11/16&quot straight un-bent nostril screw or an L-shaped nostril screw with about a 5/16&quot leg and about a 5/16&quot stem. These screws have a star end.
