Choose from a bent nostril screw with a 5/16&quot stem, a 5/16&quot long nose bone, a 11/16&quot straight un-bent nostril screw or an L-shaped nostril screw with about a 5/16&quot leg and about a 5/16&quot stem. These screws have a 2.1mm 4-prong gem end.

14K Gold Flat Star Nostril Screw or NoseBone

A very small piece measures approximately 2 mm in diameter. Tiny star shaped freckle. The gold used in this piece is totally nickel free and available in either; solid 14k body jewelry yellow gold or solid 14k body jewelry white gold. These are also available in the straight nosebone style (not pictured). This is the straight post with a small ball on the other end to keep the piece in place. Unbelievably easy to use. Just pop it in and out of your piercing in less than 1 second. Also available is the l-bar which is also very popular and the unbent fishtail.
